A decadent berry bundt cake recipe that is quite simple to make using fresh blueberries and raspberries. A delicious treat to serve with after dinner coffee!


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/3 cup fresh blueberries & raspberries (rolled in 1 tbsp corn starch)
