Thick and chewy Chocolate Cadbury Egg Cookies make the perfect fun and easy Easter treat. 

INGREDIENTS

• 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (good quality) , chopped
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 5 Tablespoons butter , room temperature
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar , packed
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups mini Cadbury eggs , roughly chopped
